Before founding Rhodes Advisors, Lee was Chief Strategy Officer at Noodle, Inc., where he spearheaded the development of groundbreaking online programs in collaboration with top universities nationwide. Notable among his achievements was the creation of Noodle’s pioneering "U2E" university-employer-partnership model, and the formation of Noodle’s Higher Education Advisory Board. His early endeavors in online education saw him implement cutting-edge solutions from industry leaders such as Amazon Web Services, Google, and Salesforce, driving enhancements in infrastructure at renowned institutions like Georgetown University, Yale, and the University of California, Berkeley.

Dr. Scott Fitzgibbon has worked in career and proprietary education since 1991. With wide-ranging experience in teaching, admissions, student services, and career services, he is a distributor and consultant for Wiley Publishing, specializing in the Everything DiSC and Five Behaviors of A Cohesive Team assessments for The Pacific Institute. Scott has taught behavioral understanding to hundreds of organizations as it relates to Teaching and Learning, Enrollment and Sales, Teamwork and Conflict Resolution, Student and Customer Service, and Leadership and Management.
Dr. Fitzgibbon is the co-author of The Pacific Institute’s Mindsetting for Success and Well-Being in the Digital Age™ curriculum. These scientifically proven principles optimize personal well-being, educational achievement, and career success. They have been implemented in over 500 career schools across North America, reaching nearly 2 million students. Scott is also the co-creator of EduReady, an admissions assessment that not only evaluates what the student knows, but also their ability to learn. The assessment measures a student's attitudes, beliefs, and overall mindset toward success in higher education. With more than 20,000 assessments administered, the proprietary algorithm continually updates the predictability of student success based upon cumulative student outcomes.
Melanie received her PhD in English and served in university leadership roles before spending twelve years in business consulting. She has advised hundreds of college and university presidents, provosts, CFOs, and deans. She specializes in managing challenges of extreme complexity -- whether aligning disparate stakeholders, balancing mission and margin, steering large-scale initiatives in matrixed environments, or confronting public scrutiny and market disruption.
An expert in the effective use of storytelling, Melanie helps individuals and organizations use techniques derived from novelists and science fiction writers to generate empathy in messaging, thereby articulating a more aspirational future and gaining support for new ideas. She uses the power of improv to teach executives how to navigate twists and turns without losing site of core organizational values and objectives. Her firm, Strategic Imagination, is dedicated to using the power of the imaginative arts to help organizations achieve transformational change.
Dr. Ho is available for individual or organizational consulting, and is a popular group facilitator and speaker at corporate, government or non-profit events.
Throughout his more than 27 years in higher education accreditation, Christopher has held key leadership positions such as the Associate Executive Director at the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC), and as the Executive Director for the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET). He has served on hundreds of accreditation visits, trained thousands of postsecondary school leaders on best practices, and supported more than ten thousand accrediting agency actions. He has been a trusted advocate for the postsecondary career college sector, actively participating in legislative, regulatory, and policy discussions at both the state and federal level. He has drafted testimony as part of accrediting agency appearances in front of Congress and the National Advisory Committee on Institutional Quality and Integrity.
As Principal with BCC Advisory, Christopher has supported more than 40 higher education organizations representing hundreds of campuses with their accreditation, compliance, and regulatory initiatives. He has also assisted with staff training and development, strategic planning, public relations, and crisis communications. He can assist clients in preparing an effective response to an accreditation team evaluation report or a Commission action letter, or in preparing comprehensive substantive change and accreditation applications and reports. He also offers ongoing regulatory support to existing compliance teams.
With more than 22 years of experience in Title IV interpretation and implementation, Rachna has been both a higher education compliance consultant and an in-house leader managing Title IV compliance and financial aid in large, multi-institutional proprietary school environments. She has extensive experience designing and integrating compliance and ethics programs, conducting due diligence, guiding policy & procedures, and managing program reviews for institutions navigating the complex landscape of federal and state regulations. She assists schools with creating internal controls, providing education and training to increase regulatory oversight, and integrating compliance within student information and financial aid processing systems. In addition, she advises clients on public policy, staff development, and transition execution in mergers and acquisitions. Rachna holds a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification from the Compliance Certification Board.
Valerie is an experienced lawyer, senior executive, consultant and board member. With more than 20 years of combined for-profit and traditional education experience, she has worked with many multifaceted institutions. She has extensive experience in compliance, risk management, regulatory affairs/operations, healthcare education (with primary emphasis on nursing), Title IX, and government relations. Her keen understanding of school operations enables her to provide institutions with solution-oriented, practical recommendations on all matters relating to post-secondary education.
Valerie has worked extensively with regionally accredited institutions and served as president of the executive board of the California Association of Private Postsecondary Schools. In this leadership role, she provided association members guidance on regulatory matters impacting schools throughout the state, one of the most highly regulated in the country. Valerie also has federal regulatory experience, having served as an alternate negotiator at the Program Integrity and Improvement Negotiated Rulemaking committee with the U.S. Department of Education, representing the interests of all private, for-profit institutions.
Kristine assists clients with future-focused strategic planning by working with executive leaders and speaking and facilitating at events. She has spent nearly three decades helping organizations advance their missions while adhering to ethical and strong business practices. She is currently president of Crystal Lake Partners, a consulting firm that helps leadership, staff, and volunteers strengthen stakeholder experiences. Her deep knowledge of strategy and operations gives her the ability to help organizations imagine the possible and bring it to reality. As a past co-chair of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) ForesightWorks advisory committee, she advocates for foresight as a leadership competency by working closely with organizations to identify future trends and effectively embed foresight into their governance and operations.
Kristine has held senior leadership roles with organizations such as America's Essential Hospitals, the Visiting Nurse Associations of America (VNAA), the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA), and the American Red Cross. She is a Certified Association Executive and holds a BSBA in marketing from the University of Missouri and an MS in nonprofit management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
